SHS - Changes to sports schedule- This week- Heat Advisory

Good morning,

As you may know, the weather forecast for Thursday is for a high over 95 degrees.  This is especially hot for games played on our synthetic turf fields.  Therefore, Sheldon, Sprague, and Tigard High Schools worked together with ref associations, transportation, etc. to reschedule Thursday afternoon soccer and football competitions to times either later or earlier in the day.   Since there have been so many moving parts, please see the full list of updates games and release times for this week below.  Altered game times and dates have an asterisk* next to them.

Thursday
Varsity Volleyball @ Bend High School - Event Start- 6:45pm, Release from class- 2pm, Depart- 2:30pm
*JV Football @ Tigard- Event Start 7pm, Release from class- 2:30pm, Depart- 3pm
Freshman Football v. Tigard-  Event Start 7pm (Home)

Friday
*JV Boys Soccer @ Sprague- Event Start- 6:00pm (on grass), Release from class- 3:00pm, Depart- 3:30pm
*Varsity Boys Soccer @ Sprague- Event Start- 7pm, Release from class- 3:00pm, Depart- 3:30pm
Varsity Football v. Tigard- Event Start- 7pm (Home)

Saturday
*JV Girls Soccer v. Sprague- Event Start- 9:00am (Home)
*Varsity Girls Soccer v. Sprague- Event Start- 11:00am (Home)
Varsity Volleyball @ Central Catholic- Event Start- 8am (Please see information from volleyball coaches)
JV2 Volleyball @ Springfield High- (Please see information from volleyball coaches)
Cross Country @ Marist Invitational- (Please see information from cross country coaches)
