Athletic Registration Transition to Final Forms

Greeting Sheldon Families, 

Eugene 4J has transitioned to a new online registration for athletics. We are moving from Arbiter (Formerly Family ID) to Final Forms. We want to make this transition a smooth as possible. 

We will not be able to transition physical exams directly into Final Forms. Families will need to scan a hard copy that they have at home into Final Forms. If you do not have a hard copy you should be able to download it from your Arbiter account. If you cannot upload one please drop one off in the front office. Please do not give a copy to your coach.
