Tuesday October 27, 2026 

• After school tutoring is today in the library from 3:45 to 4:45. Get some work done, get help, and maybe win a pizza. 
• Remember, our cell phone and Personal Electronic Device policy: “Off and Away all Day!” That means any time you are on campus during the school day - even during breaks, when you are in the halls, in the front office or counseling center, or during lunch! Thanks for all of your help with this policy;  If your phone or Personal Electronic Device is out, it can be confiscated and brought to the front office where it can be picked up at the end of the day. With multiple infractions, you will need a meeting with parent or guardian prior to the device being returned and or leave it in the front office for the day. Remember the SHS ROSE - be Respectful of Others, yourSelf, and your Environment. 
• Women in STEM meets this Thursday at lunch in B10 - Everyone is welcome to join for activities, crafts, snacks, and a good time! Bring a friend, come learn about STEM 
• Seniors, October 31st is the yearbook deadline for senior baby ad purchases and so let your families know.  The senior ad information can be found under the yearbook section on the school website and it has been shared with your advisory teachers to be found in Canvas. 
• For all affinity group members who have volunteered to participate in the flag procession with LSU next week, please attend a brief practice this Wednesday during lunch. We'll be meeting in the main gym.
• Are you interested in helping the community, learning lifesaving skills, or earning CAS and volunteer hours? Then come to the Red Cross Club on Fridays in C-9, We will have snacks! 
• Spanish National Honor Society meeting tomorrow Wednesday in room B-9 snack will be provided during lunch
