Announcements
Monday October 26, 2026
- Remember, our cell phone and Personal Electronic Device policy: “Off and Away all Day!” That means any time you are on campus during the school day - even during breaks, when you are in the halls, in the front office or counseling center, or during lunch! Thanks for all of your help with this policy; If your phone or Personal Electronic Device is out, it can be confiscated and brought to the front office where it can be picked up at the end of the day. With multiple infractions, you will need a meeting with parent or guardian prior to the device being returned and or leave it in the front office for the day. Remember the SHS ROSE - be Respectful of Others, yourSelf, and your Environment.
- Our blood drive is happening today in the gym, and we currently have lower-than-usual appointment numbers—which means we have plenty of room for drop-in donors! If you’re eligible and can spare a little time today, please consider stopping by to donate. A single donation can help save multiple lives, and having staff participate is also a great way to show our students what it looks like to support our community in a very tangible way. No appointment? No problem! We have lots of drop-in spots available throughout the day. If you’ve been thinking about donating, today is a great day to do it. Please stop by the gym when you have an opening! Thank you for supporting our blood drive!
- Seniors, October 31st is the yearbook deadline for senior baby ad purchases and so let your families know. The senior ad information can be found under the yearbook section on the school website and it has been shared with your advisory teachers to be found in Canvas.
