• Hey Juniors and Seniors!  Do you have a Free Period?  Would you like to have a class to give you some extra credits and also some great office experience for your resumé?  We are looking for a few more awesome students to join us in the Front Office as TAs for Semester 2.  If you are interested, please see Cristal or Lee in the front office as soon as possible!  The beginning of Semester 2 is fast approaching, and we would love to give the opportunity to some deserving students!
• Remember, our cell phone and Personal Electronic Device policy: “Off and Away All Day!”.  Thanks to everyone for all of your help with this policy; Most students are doing well with it!  If your phone or Personal Electronic Device is out, it will be confiscated and brought to the front office where it can be picked up at the end of the day.  With multiple infractions, you will need a meeting with parent or guardian prior to the device being returned. If you prefer, you can voluntarily leave it in the front office for the day. Remember the SHS ROSE - be Respectful of Others, yourSelf, and your Environment. 
• Sheldon Artists! Have you taken Ceramics I or Ceramics II? Are you interested in learning how to throw on the wheel? Ms. A is offering Ceramics II, second semester, on A-days period 2, and Ceramics III on B-days period 6. There is space in both classes. Please see your counselor or Ms. A if you are interested in joining. (Ceramics I is a prerequisite requirement for Ceramics II.) Ms. A is also looking for TAs for the second semester! Please stop by and visit to sign for TA spot before February 6th!
• Sheldon’s Women in STEM Club is back! Come for snacks, a fun activity, and a chance to meet awesome people who love science, tech, engineering, and math. Everyone’s welcome so grab a friend and stop by today in room B-5 during Lunch.
• Reading, snacks, and relaxing in the library for Reading Club TODAY during lunch! Grab your lunch and head in for a good, quiet space to browse or read any book you want, plus snacks!
• For community service experience come to Interact Club in classroom B-14 at lunch today.
• The library is looking for TA's for semester 2. If you are interested, stop by the Library and chat with Mrs. G.
• Congrats to everyone for reaching the end of Semester 1!  Let’s finish strong today and then enjoy the long 4-Day weekend.  We’ll look forward to the first day of Semester 2 starting next Tuesday!
