Yearbook Name Change Requests & Deadline (Dec.2)
If you are 18 years of age, you may formally request to have your name changed in the yearbook to your preferred name.  If you are under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian will need to make the name change requests on your behalf.  Requests must be made to Casey Allbritten at
Deadline: Dec. 2
In the email, please include the name as it appears in school records, the student ID #, and then provide the preferred name.
Student Name: Robert Jordan
Student ID: 123456
Preferred Name: Bob Jordan
If you have gone through the process of officially changing your name with the front office, it’s recommended to email Casey so he can confirm which name the yearbook staff has on their records for print. The portrait sections will go to print in early December, and so name change requests cannot be made after the Dec. 2nd deadline.
