*Please remember that your Google drive is NOT your school email. Your school email is through Zimbra. It is located on the Sheldon website under the “Students” tab.
If you are able to log into your StudentVue, Student Email, and Canvas account successfully, but are not able to log into your google account please follow these steps:
- Make sure you are using the “4J Google” link that is on the Sheldon website under the “Students” tab or the “Google Docs” bookmark shown on your school issued laptop.
- If these links still do not work: click this link, enter your username (without the @4j.lane.edu), enter your current password in all 3 password spots. This should reset your accounts without changing your password. It will take up to an hour for google drive to allow you in again.
- If google drive still does not work one hour later after you have completes the step above, please submit a tech helpdesk ticket here.
