Why can’t I log in to my email?

*Please remember that your Google drive is NOT your school email. Your school email is through Zimbra. It is located on the Sheldon website under the “Students” tab. You can also locate it here: Student Email

Your username and password is the same for all student accounts: StudentVue, Canvas, and Student Email.

If you are not able to log into your School email (Zimbra), StudentVue, or Canvas, please call Shiloh in the front office to get your password reset 541-790-6600. This will reset your password for all 3 student accounts and google drive.

If you are able to log into your student accounts successfully but not your google drive, try this:

  • Go to this link: https://password.4j.lane.edu/ 
  • Enter your username (without the “@4j.lane.edu”)
  • Enter your password in all 3 password boxes
  • Click “Update Password”

This will reset your google drive without changing your password. This can take up to 1 hour to work. If after 1 hour you still cannot access your google drive, please submit a helpdesk ticket to our 4J District technology team here: https://technologysupport.4j.lane.edu/student-support/
