• To help support the families in our community as well as restock our Sheldon Food Pantry, we will be hosting a school-wide food drive from December 5 to December 15. Please bring your non-perishable food items to the table in front of the main office before and after school to exchange them for raffle tickets for the opportunity to win holiday gift baskets. There will be separate raffles for each grade and winners will be pulled and announced on December 16th right before the break so please be sure to bring in items! For more information, please look at the posters hung up around the school. Thank you!
• Yearbook name change requests are due by Dec. 2. Visit the yearbook section on the school’s website for details.
• Sheldon is looking for students who identify as Pacific Islander and are willing to take a student leader role. For more details reach out to Alma Reyes Guillen or Mr. Allbritten.
• Heads up that the coffee cart will be closed for the first 2 weeks of trimester 2. Workers in the coffee cart need that time for training purposes.
• Environmental Club will meet today at lunch in S7. We’re almost done building the garden beds. Come and help with the final construction.
