Snowflakes of Joy – Thank you to the Sheldon community for helping ASB reach their goal of $5,600. This allowed ASB to provide over 250 gift cards to local students for the holiday season!

Food Drive- After the success of the first food drive, Sheldon is hosting another to help local families in need. This time, we will only be taking food donations, no clothing. Please drop food or cash donations at the front of Sheldon High School the week of January 11th – 15th, 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm. During this season of giving, it is so important to help those that are struggling this year and help them start out 2021 right!

Senior Photos – An email was sent home 12.16 with information regarding Senior
photos. If your student was on the list that was sent home, Yearbook has NOT received a senior photo for your student. The deadline has been extended to January 15 in hope of reaching as many seniors as possible. This new deadline pushes Yearbook right up to the plant deadline, so please submit as soon as possible to include your student!

Use the HJ eShare app so the file goes into our portrait section of the library. Please check the dpi before submitting, as a dpi of 300 is standard; a dpi lower than that might look fine on your phone or computer screen, but it could look pixelated when in print. If you do not know how to adjust the dpi of your image, you might find this site helpful: Convert dpi

• Upload the portrait via HJ eShare App, Sheldon’s school code: Sheldon
Here is a 5-minute Video Demonstration
• Information regarding senior photos can be found in the Yearbook section on our school website or here: Senior Packet Information.

Senior Quotes – We need every senior to fill out this Survey (so far, 92 seniors have
completed the survey). You must be logged into your school 4J email to access the survey for Senior Quotes. (Ten students submitted their survey without including their name, and so if you think that might have been you, you’ll want to resubmit.)

If you have any content ideas or know of a great story you’d like to see in the yearbook this year, please contact We’d love to
include you in the yearbook. Please upload any winter break/holiday pictures.

Purchasing the yearbook – Sheldon families can purchase books now through the school website. Early bird orders can purchase the book for $55.00 until December 31st. Any purchases after December 31st will see an increase to $65.00. The link to purchase our school’s yearbook

Eshare app – Please make sure to download the HJ eshare app; our school code: Sheldon. Be sure to send the yearbook team photos of school activities, and follow the yearbook Instagram @sheldonyearbook2021. The Yearbook website is here.

2020-21 School Year Photos – The Yearbook staff wants to include every student in the yearbook, but without traditional student images, we need your help! Here are step-by-step instructions to get your student’s school picture included in the yearbook this year! Deadline: 02.01.21

A Sheldon Community Responder is a volunteer that responds to “alerts” sent by the 15th Night Coordinator at Sheldon High School for needs specific to Sheldon High School students that have not been met by internal school resources. These type of alerts would be for items such as clothing, shoes, small household items, food or bedding. A Sheldon High School Community Responder would receive a text message indicating a need. If the Responder can provide the need, they respond to the text message and work with the Sheldon High School Coordinator to secure and deliver the item. Please contact Trista Neuman at
