In an attempt to prevent the spread of illness, please remember the following:
• First and foremost, if you are sick, stay home
• Cover your coughs and sneezes
• Wash your hands often with soap and water or use a hand sanitizer
• Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth
One of the best ways to stop the spread of bacteria and infection is by hand washing. Make sure to wash your hands with soap for at least 20 seconds – Just about enough time to sing your ABC’s!
